In a pot, combine lentils, pasta sauce & capsicums
Heat gently, then simmer for 30 minutes, allowing time for the lentils to absorb the yummy flavours
When nice & tender, chop the fresh basil and add to the sauce

Fire-roasted capsicum - BBQ capsicums for 20 mins, turning with tongs as each side blackens, until blackened all over & starting to collapse. Transfer to a bowl, cool slightly, then rub off charred skins
