1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp turmeric
Toss together and roast at 200c for 25-30 minutes.
You might like to add some garlic, toasted almonds, and/ or garnish with fresh parsley or coriander for some lovely freshness.
