Super Colourful and Super Healthy!

The dish is fast and fully satisfying too. An easy one to pull together in a hurry as well as being really really healthy!
400g Black Beans - rinsed
400g Chick Peas - rinsed
! Avocado sliced
Small bunch Coriander - chopped
2 Sweetcorn Cobs - just the kernals!
1 Punnet Snacking Tomatoes
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss in your favourite dressing.
Let it sit for 10 minutes or so before eating.
Tip: If you're making this in advance, stir the avocado just before serving.
