To make the crumble, combine the flour, sugars and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside
Melt the butter, then pour into the flour and sugar mixture. Mix together until the flour and sugar are fully combined. Pop in the fridge to chill
Slice the pears into ¼” pieces and lay out into an oven safe baking dish. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and cornstarch and toss to combine
Lay the crumble on top of the pears and spread evenly. Pop in the oven and bake for 20 mins at 175c. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
