A super easy snack that is easy to make and can be enjoyed in many different ways.
400g chickpeas, drained
1 tbsp paprika
½ lemon, juice only
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
In a frying pan, heat the oil. Add the cooked and drained chickpeas and roast until it turns brownish.
Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cook for a further minute or two before turning off heat.
Serve either warm or cold.
You can also use smoked paprika instead of sweet if preferred.
