Preheat oven to 210 degrees. Wash dry and trim the woody ends of the asparagus. Place trimmed asparagus on a large baking sheet
Mix together olive oil, chopped garlic, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Pour olive oil mixture over the asparagus and toss to coat. Spread asparagus out again in a single layer
Place in the oven and bake for 10 – 15 mins, until bright green and tender. Squeeze over some lemon juice and some salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Cooking time will depend on the size of your asparagus spears. Super skinny pieces will roast much more quickly than thick ones.
