Know whats going into your food by making it yourself!
1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight
1-2 dates, for natural sweetness
4 cups water
Soak almonds overnight, then drain and rinse.
Blend soaked almonds with fresh water and dates until smooth (about 1-2 mins).
Strain using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer. Refrigerate. It’s that easy!
Save the leftover almond pulp for smoothies, baking, or drying into almond flour.
