I LOVE salt and vinegar flavours and who doesn't love potatoes!
Boil, Crush, Roast and Flavour - Too Easy!
1 Cup White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
In a pot cover the potatoes in water and add the white vinegar and then boil until soft. Drain and let dry off.
Place on baking tray and crush with a fork or the bottom of a cup. Bake for 20 minutes at 210C.
Remove from oven and gently toss with the balsamic vinegar then sprinkle with sea salt.
