Try this easy recipe for the healthiest blueberrie Jam ever
100g blueberries
chia seeds, soaked for 20 mins
Honey
Water
Cook the blueberries in a pan. Add a splash of water, stir, then smash all blueberries into a paste
Add 20g of soaked chia seeds. Add Honey for some sweetness and stir.
Store in a jar in the fridge and enjoy your healthy jam on toast, as a topping or mixed into your favourite yogurt! Enjoy
