Enjoy home made Asian take out, this dish tastes a bit like egg roll with delicious cashews, loads of cabbage and a splash of colour - you'll be coming back for more :)
Heat your largest pan to sizzling hot add onion, celery, carrot and sauté for 5 minutes, stir frequently. (If the vegetables start to stick, add water and scrape all the flavours back into the mix).
Add the cabbage, cashews, and sesame seeds and sauté for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in the Teriyaki Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce and continue to cook until the cabbage is just how you like it - don't over do it! Leave some crunch.
Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds and Salt to taste

Feel free to add in a few more veggies, goes well with sliced red capsicum and also zucchini pieces.
