Delicious with berries added too!
2 bananas
2 cups rolled oats
2 Tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Mash one banana well.
Add the banana to a container with a lid, large enough to store the whole recipe.
Mix in remaining ingredients except the walnuts and one banana.
Cover place in the fridge for at least a few hours.
Add chopped walnuts and a chopped banana right before serving.
Chopped mango and some berries on top take this little recipe to new heights!
