An easy to make smoothie packed with lots of nutrients to get you through the day!

3 frozen bananas
2 cups of frozen mango
1 scoop of thick part of coconut milk
⅓ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Blend everything together and serve! Enjoy
If you don't have a high speed blender, you may need to add a little more coconut milk.
