Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic and saute for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
Add the celery and cook for about 5-7 mins, stirring occasionally, until tender-crisp (or soften if you prefer).
Season with salt and pepper to taste (recommended).
Recipe Note
You might like to add a squeeze of lemon juice for brightness. Perhaps a sprinkle of chili flakes for heat. Or, toss with cooked pasta or rice for a light meal.
