Wash turnips and leafy greens. Cut off the tops and set aside. Cut turnips in half and add them to a cast iron pan. Add one chopped garlic clove. Add olive oil and stir to coat.
Place the pan in a pre heated oven (200degrees) and roast for 10 mins.
Remove and stir. Pop back in the oven and roast for another 10 mins until golden.
Place the turnips in a dish, and using the same pan, place on the stove top over medium heat. Add the rest of the garlic and then add the leafy greens. Stir for about 3 mins until they begin to wilt.
Turn off the heat, add the cooked turnips and toss until heated through. Season with a pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper. Serve warm. Enjoy!
