A healthier twist on the traditional fries!
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200c
Toss the prepared parsnip with olive oil and season with salt and cracked pepper. Spread out on a baking tray in a single layer.
Roast for about 25-30 mins, flipping half way through, until golden brown and crispy at the sides. Serve hot!
Recipe Note
You might like to add some garlic powder or sprinkle with some paprika. YUM!
