Organic Origins
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tbsp fresh mint
Preheat oven to 200 degrees c
Toss cauliflower in a bowl with oil, salt, garlic and smoked paprika
Lay seasoned cauli on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes
Pull out, flip and bake for 10 more minutes
Squeeze lemon, sprinkle herbs and drizzle hot sauce if you like, enjoy!
You can also serve it as an appetizer or with a dip of your choice (I would go with Garlic Dip).
