Broil the capsicums in the oven, or grill until soft and charred, about 10 mins
Arrange the capsicum on a serving tray and top with vegan mozzarella, oil, basil, balsamic glaze and seasoned with salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
