Try this recipe and re-inspire yourself!
Easy to prepare, very very good for you and tasty too!
Two Broccoli heads
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Cut broccoli into large florets, lay out on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and toss gently, finally spreading out on a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes and a little browned.
Drizzle with lemon juice and zest and sprinkle with sea salt and serve quickly :)
Broccolini can also be used
