This easy colourful recipe is lovely to look at and crunchy and tangy to eat!
Super easy and deliciously tangy with some crunch!
Place all ingredients into a salad bowl and toss well with some dressing. You can use our dressing or any vinaigrette you prefer.
Let it sit either in the fridge or on the bench for 15 minutes before serving.
Optional; Add Kalamata olives or avocado. Also feel free to swap out the chick peas for your favourite bean! Four bean salad mix is particularly good :)
