Add the shredded cabbage, sliced carrots and onions into a bowl.
Make the dressing, by stirring the lemon juice, oil and brown sugar together until sugar has dissolved. Pour over the salad, add chilli and toss through the vegetables.
Add the herbs, lightly toss and then sprinkle over the toasted peanuts. Enjoy!
