A light peppery salad that you can throw together in minutes.
Directions
In a large bowl, add thinly sliced radishes and cucumbers. Add sliced fennel.
To make the dressing, in a small bowl, combine garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Drizzle the dressing over the sliced veggies and toss to combine. Finish with some chopped dill. It’s that easy. YUM!
