As the weather starts to change, make the most of the end of the summer fruits and add this easy salad to your dining experience.
Directions
Arrange the rocket leaves on a platter. Scatter the nectarine wedges and almonds over the rocket
Tear up the vegan mozzarella with your hands and place on top.
Whisk together the lemon honey dressing ingredients and drizzle the dressing over the salad. Serve immediately
