This sweet and refreshing salad is loaded with flavour to whisk you away to a warmer climate!

Ingredients

2 Cups Salad Greens, ie Spinach
2 Mandarins, peeled, pips removed & broken into segments
1/2 Avocado
2 Tablespoons Slivered Almonds

Directions

Place the greens as a bed in a large salad bowl
Top with mandarin segments and Avocado
Sprinkle over the almonds
Toss to combine and serve

Recipe Note

Feel free to add spring or red onion, dressing or a squeeze of orange
