A light and bright dessert all year round
1 can of coconut milk
¼ cup maple syrup, with more to add to sweeten
Wash lemons and cut off the ends. In a blender, combine your whole lemons, coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth
Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray. Freeze for 1 - 1 ½ hours
Place the ice cube cream cubes back in the blender and blend until creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy!
