This Lemon Garlic Green Beans recipe is super easy and won't cost you a fortune to cook.
Directions
Steam beans in a large basket over a pan of about 1 ½ inches of water and bring to the boil. Cover & steam for about 9-10 mins, or until crisp tender.
In a small saucepan, add olive oil and minced garlic and cook until starting to brown. Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Transfer beans to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil mixture. Serve hot. YUM

You might like to top beans with some lemon zest to serve.
