Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, garlic, chilli flakes and salt. As the cabbage cooks, the cabbage will wilt down.
Cook, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender and turning a lovely light brown, 10-15 mins.
Squeeze the juice from 2 lemon wedges over the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and more lemon juice to taste - enjoy!

You might like to add onions to this recipe, add them to the pan at the same time as the cabbage.
