100g Kalamata Olives
1 Lemon - Juice of
500g Green Beans - French cut
3 Sprigs of Parsley
Place olives, lemon juice and parsley into blender and pulse until a nice thick paste is made. Don't over do it, it's nice a little chunky!
Boil a large pot of water and cook beans for only 2 minutes and drain.
Gently stir the tapenade through drained beans and serve immediately.
To brighten up this dish, toss in some orange wedges, they go really well.
