A great way to get your greens!
Boil a large pot of water. A steamer is best for this recipe but not necessary. Place the silverbeet into the boiling water (or steamer) 2 minutes.
Then add the beans in the same way and continue boiling both veggies for another 3 minutes.
Squeeze over a little lemon juice and toss together.
Sprinkle with the thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Especially salt!
This is a super recipe to add some broccoli if you're up for more greens!
