A delicious healthy side dish you can have on the table in minutes.
4 cups fresh spinach, regular or baby
2-3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add spinach and toss until wilted, about 2-3 mins. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve as a side dish, over grains, or inside wraps. You might like to add lemon juice or crushed red pepper.
