Directions
Heat Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat. Add Garlic and saute until fragrant
Toss in kale and cook until wilted and tender, about 5 mins. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste - serve! YUM

You might like to add some toasted pine nuts or squeeze over some lemon juice.
