Charred and crispy on the outside, lightly caramelised & meaty on the inside, these Brussels sprouts will become your new go-to quick and easy side dish!
Mix 1 tspn of the oil, garlic & rosemary and set aside for 15-30 mins
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, brussels sprouts, salt & pepper. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer
Preheat the oven to 200c . Roast the Brussels sprouts for 35 mins. About 15 mins into the baking, sprinkle the oil-infused garlic & rosemary over the sprouts and stir slightly to mix. Continue roasting
Can be served hot or cold
