Rinse Broccolini and trim about 1/2-inch off the bottom of the Broccolini stems.
Heat the oil in a large pan, add Broccolini and sauté until Broccolini is bright green and some of the stems and tips are lightly browned, 5-7 mins.
Add garlic, salt & red pepper flakes. Sauté until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add water, cover, and cook until the Broccolini is crisp-tender 1-2 mins. Serve immediately. Add lemon wedges. Enjoy

Broccolini doesnt take long to cook, just toss in a hot pan, add olive oil and garlic and youve got a quick easy meal. YUM!
