Add the pumpkin puree, flour and salt to a mixing bowl and stir to a dough. Tip onto a floured surface & bring to a ball of dough
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out into ovals on a well floured board
Heat a non stick frying pan. Rub one side of the dough lightly with oil and place oil side down in the pan. Allow to cook for 3-5 mins until fluffy and charring on the underside. Brush the top with some oil, flip over and cook on the second side until lightly charred. Repeat with remaining flatbreads
Place cooked flatbreads on a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy
