Oyster Mushrooms known for their impressive health-promoting properties and contain a variety of powerful plant compounds. In fact, they’ve been used in traditional medicine approaches for centuries. Awesome!

Easy, tasty and a little daring!
2 Tbs Sesame Oil or Olive Oil
150g Oyster Mushrooms
2 Garlic Cloves crushed
3 Spring Onions finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste - the pepper is important :)
Heat oil in a large frying pan, until hot. Add mushrooms and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes tops and stir it the whole time.
Reduce heat, cover and cook mushrooms for another 5 minutes, occasionally stirring, until they soften and release some juices.
Add half the spring onions and plenty of salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with the rest of the spring onions.
Ideal as an appetiser or as a side dish.
