Salt and Pepper to taste - lots of more salt though!
The secrets to success:
1. Very thin slicing
2. Made in advance by a few hours.
All you do is slice the cucumbers, place in a bowl. Put the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well and pour over cucumbers, add a sprinkling of herbs, then cover and wait. Can easily be made the day before. It's so simple to be this delicious!
