A great recipe for the non-cooks of the household to make :)
An easy and satisfying meal that everyone will love.
Peel (or not) your pumpkin, potatoes and sweet potato and chop into large chunks. Place on tray, sprinkle some salt, pepper and rosemary and cook at 180C for about 1 hour.
Also can add - onions, carrots, beetroot or anything else you fancy roasting!
