Ingredients

½ an avocado

1 cup vegan parmesan

1 large egg

seasoning of your choice
Directions
Preheat your oven to 220 degrees
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into fries, lay out on lined baking paper
Bake for 10-12 mins, until crispy and golden brown
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce! Serve hot and enjoy!
