Ingredients

1 cup Coriander leaves
Vegan option plain yogurt, 280g
Limes, juice and zest
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Combine coriander, vegan yogurt, lime and salt and pepper into a blender and blitz until smooth.
With the blender on, slowly add olive oil and mix. Taste and add salt and pepper if required. Pop in the fridge until ready to use. Enjoy
