This is my go to recipe whenever I see ripe bananas and avocado in the fruit bowl - which is a lot!
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 ripe small bananas or 1 large
3 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1/2 soft tofu packet for adding protein (optional extra)
Directions
Place all ingredients into your blender and process for two minutes. Taste test to add more or less of anything to make it as sweet or dark as you prefer.
Place chopped strawberries on top and around the serving dish.
