Add ½ cup of sugar and water to a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the grapes and stir to coat them with the sugar mixture.
Transfer the grapes to a wire rack and allow to dry at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Add the remaining sugar to a bowl and roll the grapes in the sugar to coat them. Place the candied grapes on a tray lined with baking paper and pop in the fridge to chill for 30 mins! YUM

These can be kept in the fridge, but you might like to try freezing them.
