A caesar salad is super easy to make and can be made in minutes. Everything you need for this salad is simple, accessible and super easy to put together
Served as an appetiser, side salad, or main entree, Caesar salad is one of my favourite go-to salads and I think you're going to love it as much as we do!
Make sure chickpeas are dry and roast them on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt and cracked pepper. Add the garlic and bake for 35 - 40 minutes
Chop the lettuce, add to a large mixing bowl and toss with the vegan caesar salad dressing
Top with chickpea croutons and serve with avocado and optional capers
