In a hot pan, heat the olive oil, then add the broccolini and fry until charred on one side.
Remove broccolini from pan and let drain on a paper towel.
Turn the heat down on the pan. Place in the almonds and fry in the flavoured oil (you may need to add a dash of extra oil). Add the garlic, lemon juice and season with salt & pepper. As the almonds start to brown, remove from heat.
Pour over the broccolini straight away, and enjoy warm!
