In a large frying pan (or wok), heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and broccoli. Cook for about 3 mins, until broccoli is bright green. Add ½ cup of water, cover and cook for another 2 ½ min until broccoli is tender. Add oyster sauce mixture and cook until thickened, about 1 min. Serve hot. Enjoy
