3-ingredient vegan Broccoli Soup
Directions
Steam or boil broccoli until very tender, about 8-10 mins
Blend broccoli with the broth and coconut milk until smooth.
Heat the blended soup in a pot over a medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Recipe Note
You might like to add some garlic or onion powder for some extra flavour.
