These Banana Cookies are a great quick breakfast on the go, an easy snack, or even a healthy dessert
Directions
Mix bananas, peanut butter and vanilla extract
Fold in oats
Let it sit in fridge for 10 mins to thicken
Add in mix ins (chocolate)
Bake at 175c for 12-15 mins

Try nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, raisons or cranberries for added nutrients
