In a medium bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Mash bananas and avocado together with the oil, sugar, cinnamon and softened chia seeds. No need to over mash, a little bit of texture is nice.
Stir gently into the flour mixture, a quarter at a time, until just combined.
Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.

This recipe will work out for you even if you substitute the flour or the sugar with other types of flour or sugar. Just be sure it's not too wet before baking it.
