Wash, dry and chop your potatoes into bite size pieces, if you use chat potatoes just wash and dry and place in oven at 190C for 30 minutes, turning them once at about 15 or 20 minutes of baking.
Add the asparagus rosemary, salt and pepper and the balsamic to the potatoes and cook for a further 20 minutes.

If you have sticky balsamic this is a really good option and my favourite! Especially if infused with figs.
