A quick and easy Avocado Salad you can whip up in minutes.
Directions
Cut Avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel and slice into squares.
In a large bowl, combine Avocado, spring onion, lemon juice, salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Stir carefully with a wooden spoon and eat immediately. It’s that easy!

Great on it's own, or you might like to enjoy on some sourdough or in a wrap. Yum!
