This super easy and quick smoothie will provide a source of energy and protein to start the day
OO
1/2 a Frozen Banana
1/2 or whole Avocado
Handful of spinach
2/3 Cup of Almond Milk
Scrape the Avocado and put in a blender
Add in the frozen banana, spinach and milk.
Blend until smooth
Garnish with some pomegranate and/or chia seeds for an extra boost of nutrition
