So quick and easy and crunchy and tasty! Coleslaw is a Summer favourite.
This easy recipe is ready in minutes and improves daily!
1/2 Red Cabbage shredded
1/4 Green Cabbage shredded
100gm Snow Peas shredded
2 Carrots shredded
1 Capsicum shredded
1 Green Apple - shredded
Small bunch of Coriander - chopped
3 Spring Onions - chopped
Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
Tamari or Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
Agave - 3 tablespoons
White Wine Vinegar - 1/3 cup
Cut each ingredient as above, you want about 6 cups total.
To make your dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients with a whisk. Or alternatively use a pre-made dressing such as No Honey Mustard. It gives a different flavour but still delicious!
Mix it all together, place a little coriander on the top as a garnish. Best if you can make it a day early.
This is a super recipe for using up what you might have in the fridge, feel free to add in some broccoli, beetroot, bean sprouts...
