Cut each ingredient as above, you want about 6 cups total.
To make your dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients with a whisk. Or alternatively use a pre-made dressing such as No Honey Mustard. It gives a different flavour but still delicious!
Mix it all together, place a little coriander on the top as a garnish. Best if you can make it a day early.
